Disclosed are an amplifier circuit and a sensor using the same. The amplifier circuit of the present invention is equipped with a comparison part for outputting a reference voltage when the voltage of a non-inverting terminal (+) is higher than the voltage of an inverting terminal (-), and outputting 0 V when the voltage of an inverting terminal (-) is higher than the voltage of a non-inverting terminal (+); and an amplifying part for providing a first voltage to an RE electrode when the comparison part outputs the reference voltage, and providing a second voltage to the RE electrode when the comparison part outputs 0 V.
