PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify manufacturing work by continuously performing, in one mold, molding of a skin material in a console door and ensuring of a space for being filled with a foamed resin material.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a console door 10 comprising a base material 40, a foamed resin material 50 covering the outer surface side of the base material 40, and a skin material 60 covering the surface of the foamed resin material 50, after the skin material 60 is insert-molded in a mold in which the base material 40 having been formed in a predetermined shape beforehand is set, a space for being filled with the foamed resin material 50 is configured between the skin material 60 and the base material 40 in a state being set in the mold. |
