PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receptacle capable of suppressing backlash of a plug with a smaller diameter of a plug blade.SOLUTION: The receptacle comprises two blade receivers 51, 52 for elastically holding first plug blades 611 therebetween on both sides of a direction where the first plug blades 611 are arranged side by side, when a first plug including the first plug blades 611 is connected. In the blade receivers 51, 52, portions which are elastically contacted from the outside of the direction where the first plug blades 611 are arranged side by side to the first plug blades 611 in the case where the first plug is connected, are made into such concave curved surfaces as to hold second plug blades 621 therebetween in a direction (vertical direction in the figure) orthogonal to an axial direction of the second plug blades 621 and the direction where the second plug blades 621 are arranged side by side, in the case where a second plug having a smaller diameter and a larger pitch than the first plug blades 611 is connected. Backlash of the second plug which is a plug having the smaller diameter of the plug blades is suppressed by the concave curved surfaces of the blade receivers 51, 52, such that contact of the blade receivers 51, 52 can be also ensured for the second plug blades 621. |
