PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for separating waste liquid which has simple constitution and can separate the waste liquid into a plurality of components.SOLUTION: A stirrer 22 is provided in a separation tank 2, so that liquid to be treated which has been charged into a liquid-to-be-treated charging part 21 is stirred, and by leaving the liquid to be treated after stirred as it is, the liquid to be treated is separated into layer forms. In the separation tank 2, a light source 23 and an observation hole 24 are provided, so that condition of the liquid to be treated can be confirmed through the observation hole 24 while illuminating the liquid to be treated using the light source 23. In addition, the liquid to be treated which has been separated into layer forms can be separated with high accuracy and recovered per layer by moving sucking means 25 in a vertical direction to thereby suck the liquid to be treated while confirming the condition of the liquid to be treated through the observation hole 24. Precipitate discharging means 26 is also provided in the separation tank 2, so that precipitate which cannot be recovered with the sucking means 25 is recovered. |
