PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiglare polarizing plate capable of achieving sufficient antiglare property and inhibition of glare even when the plate has a low haze.SOLUTION: The antiglare polarizing plate includes a polarizing film comprising a polyvinyl alcohol resin and an antiglare layer formed on the polarizing film, and has a total haze of 1% or less and a thickness of 100 μm or less. The antiglare layer includes a fine rugged surface having a fine rugged pattern on an opposite side to the polarizing film. In a distribution of heights of the fine rugged surface, a second derivative dlogH(f)/dfof a common logarithm of one-dimensional power spectrum H(f) of the heights with respect to a spatial frequency f is less than 0 at a spatial frequency of 0.01 μmand is larger than 0 at a spatial frequency of 0.02 μm.
