PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a theft compensation system, a user terminal, a compensation management terminal, an insurance determination terminal, a shipment management terminal and a program in which a user who purchased an object article can receive a substitute without buying the object article again when damage or theft of the object article occurs.SOLUTION: A customer ID and a receipt number of a damage report are input from a user terminal and transmitted to a compensation management terminal 16. The compensation management terminal 16 determines whether or not the compensation condition is satisfied that the customer ID matches a record on a database and it is within a compensation period, on the basis of the customer ID and the receipt number. When the compensation condition is satisfied, inquiry information including the receipt number is output to an insurance determination terminal 17 and inquires about liability. The compensation management terminal 16, when receiving a reply of being liable from the insurance determination terminal 17, instructs the shipment of a new article. |
