PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor capable of limiting electricity charge in a predetermined period.SOLUTION: The processor includes: processing execution means for executing processing on the basis of input information; management means for managing time zone-categorized electricity charge as electricity charge per unit time in each time zone and consumed electricity charge consumed in a predetermined period; electricity charge calculation means for calculating processing electricity charge necessary for the processing execution means to execute the processing on the basis of the input information in each time zone on the basis of the time zone-categorized electricity charge; and processing determination means for determining the processing execution propriety of the input information by the processing execution means on the basis of the comparison of total electricity charge obtained by adding the processing electricity charge to the consumed electricity charge and set electricity charge set in advance. |
