PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system whose lifetime can be continued to a scheduled lifetime by reducing a subsequent operation time when an operation time exceeds a basic time due to a special operation which is caused by checkout or maintenance activities, planed blackout, a visitor or the like.SOLUTION: On the basis of a basic operation time per unit time which is determined on the basis of a durable operation time of a fuel cell system 104, an operation time setting unit 114 subtracts at least a part of an insufficient time corresponding to the difference between an actual operation time accumulated till a preceding operation and a basic operation time accumulated till the preceding operation from a next basic operation time per unit time, thereby setting a next actual operation time. Accordingly, the durable operation time can be surely consumed for a predetermined period by lengthening or shortening the actual operation time of next or subsequent days, and a larger amount of hot water supply and demand for power can be satisfied by heat and power generated in the fuel cell system with securing a recommended service period (lifetime of products). |
