PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store a work state of a terminal by a method difficult for a user to understand.SOLUTION: A terminal sets a plurality of work screen storage timings at random within a preliminarily determined unit time in accordance with a preliminarily downloaded work information collection program and takes in work screens on the terminal at respective work screen storage timings and transmits taken-in time information and work screens to a work information management device in association with each other. The work information management device has a storage unit in which a plurality of work screens displayed on the terminal are stored in time series, and receives work screens on the user terminal displayed at respective work screen storage timings and the time information and stores the work screens and the time information into the storage unit in association with each other.
