CARBONATED COFFEE BEVERAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonated coffee beverage which has both the features of coffee beverages and carbonated beverages and has suppressed bubbling over at the time of filling and cap opening, and a method for producing the carbonated coffee beverage.SOLUTION: A packaged carbonated coffee beverage has a value of 300 or more obtained by dividing the concentration of chlorogenic acid (unit: ppm) by the concentration of coffee solids (unit: wt.%). A method for producing a packaged carbonated coffee beverage includes the steps of: i) producing a carbonated coffee beverage in which the concentration of coffee solids is 0.17-2.33 wt.% and a value obtained by dividing the concentration of chlorogenic acid (unit: ppm) by the concentration of coffee solids (unit: wt.%) is adjusted to 300 or more; and ii) filling the obtained carbonated coffee beverage into a container using an aseptic filling apparatus.
