PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent crushing processing unit of waste gypsum for solving problems, since there are problems of becoming difficult to secure the stable treatment function on maintenance due to causing machine breakage by an overload since a waste gypsum supply amount to a rough crusher is not stable by largely varying with time, and of becoming unstable in the sorting function since a sorter also frequently causes mixing-in of the gypsum and paper.SOLUTION: In the processing unit of a waste gypsum board, the rough crusher 200, a collapse machine 300 for separating the paper while finely crushing, a sorter 400 for sorting a finely crushed gypsum grain and a paper piece and a carrying-out machine 500 of the fined gypsum, are arranged in order from above. In the processing unit of the waste gypsum board, the collapse machine comprises a clearance setting control device 600 for variably setting an interposingly pressing clearance by horizontally arranging a pair (twin) of collapse rolls in parallel, and comprises a speed difference setting control device 720 for increasing a rotating speed of the other collapse roll in the predetermined ratio to a rotating speed of one collapse roll, and the clearance setting control device and the speed difference setting control device are operated in response to a change in the supply amount of the gypsum boart. |
