PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for preventing the omission of update processing of a display image while suppressing useless power consumption.SOLUTION: A display image generation section 104 scrolls an image by generating the image in a predetermined frame rate unit and outputting the image to a screen. A scroll time determination section 105 determines a scroll time from a scroll start to an end on the basis of a flick operation for instructing to scroll the image. A display processing control section 106 improves a throughput of the display image generation section 104 during the scroll time.
