A placard mounting apparatus includes: a rolling bar on which a placard is wound; a lower support plate through which a shaft section of the rolling bar passes and is configured to support the rolling bar; an upper support plate spaced apart from the lower support plate through which a threaded shaft section of the rolling bar passes; a ratchet gear through which the threaded shaft section passes and is configured to be tightly pressed against the shaft section; a ratchet wedge hooked by the ratchet gear while the shaft section and the ratchet gear are adhered to each other; and a pressing means to tightly press the shaft section of the rolling bar against the ratchet gear. The pressing means includes: a pressing nut threadedly engaged with the threaded shaft section of the rolling bar between the upper and lower support plates and disposed on an opposite side of the shaft section with the ratchet gear interposed therebetween; and a direction change wrench coupled to the pressing nut to move the pressing nut. The direction change wrench includes: a hooking gear; a pair of cover plates configured to rotatably support the hooking gear; a switching member pivotally coupled to the cover plate and configured to selectively hook the hooking gear; and a pressing pin mounted on one of the cover plates and configured to resiliently press the switching member. According to the above mentioned placard mounting apparatus, a placard-pulling work can be easily performed and an auxiliary bracket can be used to prevent the rolling bar from being bent regardless of a tensile force due to the placard, facilitating stable use of the placard. |
