PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide milk-containing beverages that can easily be sucked when sucking by using a straw at the time of drinking and that have a small difference in taste between the beginning of drinking and the end of drinking, while maintaining the flavor of milk component.SOLUTION: The milk-containing beverage comprises components from milk by 0.5 mass% or more and cellulose by 0.05 mass% or more, and after agitation, 200 mL is packed into a glass container (cylindrical container having a diameter of 5.5 cm and a height of 11.5 cm) and after letting it stand for 5 hours at 5°C, the ratio of (G'c/G'd) in which G'c is a storage elastic modulus of the liquid taken from the upper layer (container central part 2 cm below the liquid surface) and G'd is a storage elastic modulus of the liquid taken from the lower layer (container central part 2 cm above the bottom surface), is 0.7 or more. |
