PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image sensor capable of further improving light utilization efficiency while receiving light from the rear surface side.SOLUTION: A solid-state image sensor 1 of the present invention includes: a first substrate 10 in which a plurality of photodiode parts 11 are disposed; a light-incident part 20 provided on one surface of the first substrate 10; a wiring part 30 which is provided on the other surface of the first substrate 10 and transmits a signal generated by photoelectric conversion in the first substrate 10; a light guide part 32 which is provided in the wiring part and on which light incident from the light-incident part and passed through a photodiode is incident; a reflection part 41 for reflecting light incident on the light guide part toward the first substrate 10; and pixel separation parts 12 disposed between a plurality of photodiodes. |
