<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand color and light-dark expression in a touch switch device.SOLUTION: The touch switch device has: a substrate; a sensor electrode for detecting touch operation; and a protection layer with light-transmitting property which is formed on the sensor electrode. In this structure, a transmission adjustment section is arranged which adjusts a light transmission amount of illumination so as to generate brightness changes within a display pattern expressed to a touch operation surface by illumination from a monochromatic light source. For example, gradation expression or the like of a display pattern can be achieved by changing transmissivity for each region corresponding to a display pattern.</p> |
