<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitance-type operation device capable of obtaining a two-stage output according to the distance between a single operation unit and an operator while using an existing circuit which can set only one threshold value for capacitance between the single detection electrode and the operator.SOLUTION: A capacitance-type operation device comprises an operation panel, a detection electrode, detection means, and control means. The detection electrode includes a first electrode (12) and a second electrode (14). The first electrode and the second electrode are provided at a position where they overlap with the operation unit. The detection means includes a first detection unit which outputs a first signal having a value corresponding to the capacitance between the first electrode (12) and the operator and a second detection unit which outputs a second signal having a value corresponding to the second electrode (14) and the operator. The control means includes a first control unit which transmits a first control signal to a device when the value of the first signal exceeds a first threshold value, and a second control unit which transmits a second control signal to the device when the value of the second signal exceeds a second threshold value to the device.</p> |
