<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-processing device configured to be able to suppress power consumption for moving a stapler during maintenance such as replenishment of staples.SOLUTION: A sheet post-processing device 3 including a binding processing mechanism for binding a sheet bundle of a plurality of stacked sheets by staples includes: a pedestal 16 supporting a stapler 8 movably and tiltably between a binding position and a staple replenishment position along the sheet width direction. The pedestal 16 includes a mechanism held at the staple replenishment position by an opening/closing cover 75 provided in the device main body in which the stapler 8 is stored. As the held mechanism, an engagement member 71 engaged with an engaging portion 70 provided on the pedestal 16 when the opening/closing cover 75 moves from a closing position to an opening position, and disengaged from the engaging portion 70 when the opening/closing cover 75 moves from the opening position to the closing position.</p> |
