A driving apparatus of a double sequin sewing machine and an operating method thereof are provided to promote the industrial use by pursuing the easy sequin sewing through pattern sewing without the quarto process, and to aim the demand increase of sequin textile. First and the second sequins are sewn in the established order. A punched design pattern is recorded to a pattern part(100). A control part(110) analyzes the design pattern operated and loaded from the pattern part, and manages the order for sewing the first and the second sequins, and controls the forward and the reverse direction sewing. A random calculation part(120) calculates the repetition sewing frequencies of the sequin specified by the design pattern randomly according to the request of the control part. A table part(130) records the X- and Y-coordinate values for sewing each sequin of the designed pattern according to the control of the control part, and records and manages the order of sewing by using the manual value and the random value. An input part(140) is connected with the control part, and inputs the repetition sewing frequencies of the sequin specified by the design pattern manually, or inputs the maximum value calculated by the random calculation part and the order signal. |
