The present invention provides an optical probe for a composite diagnosis image comprising a single optical fiber bundle whereby the optical fiber of a light source unit bundle and the optical fiber of a receiving light unit bundle, which are electrically connected to an APD module, are integrated. The present invention is provided to control the position of a part exposed to the outside of the optical fiber of the light source unit bundle and the optical fiber of the receiving light unit bundle using a control unit positioned on the outside of a case and to accurately target the position to a targeted area, thereby improving a treatment effect.
