<p>The present invention provides an organic light emitting display device capable of optimizing the efficiency and life span of red, green, and blue light emitting pixels and a method of fabricating the same. The organic light emitting display device according to the present invention includes a first and a second electrode facing each other on a substrate; a red light emitting layer, a green light emitting layer, and a blue light emitting layer formed between the first and the second electrodes; a hole transport layer formed between the first electrode and the light emitting layer; and an electron transport layer formed between the second electrode and the light emitting layers. The electron transport layer includes a first electron transport layer which is formed on at least one of the red light emitting layer, the green light emitting layer, and the blue light emitting layer while serving as a host included in at least one of the light emitting layers; and a second electron transport layer formed on the substrate in which the first transport layer is formed.</p> |
