PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce a person compatible with a user without bothering the user.SOLUTION: A management server 10 communicating with terminal devices 20 to be operated by each of users includes: a determination unit 131 which decides a first user and one or more second users other than the first user from among a plurality of users; a user information acquisition unit 151 which acquires character information corresponding to the first user from a user information storage unit TB10 storing character information for every multiple users; a first presentation unit 141 which presents the character represented by the acquired character information in association with the first information on the terminal devices 20 of the second users; a receiving unit 121 which receives second information for the presented first information from the terminal devices 20 of the second users; and a second presentation unit 142 which presents the received second information on the terminal device 20 of the first user.
