PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide X-ray equipment capable of accurately performing alignment of a shading member, and a shading device for radiography.SOLUTION: Light is passed from an opening 312 that is formed in a shading member 31, and alignment of the shading member 31 is performed by moving the shading member 31 while checking a photoirradiation position. The opening 312 for the alignment is provided in the shading member 31 separately from an irradiation port 311. This enables the alignment of the shading member 31 to be accurately performed in comparison with the case where the light passing through the irradiation port 311 is used.
