PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural implement that can properly invert farm produce.SOLUTION: An agricultural implement 1 includes: a root cutting means 3 that cuts off roots while foliage parts A1 of farm produce A are pushed down forward; and a transportation means 4 that transports the farm produce A with the roots cut off in a manner maintaining the pushed-down-forward posture. The agricultural implement 1 is also equipped with a release means 5 that releases the farm produce A from the transportation means 4 and a posture changing means 6 that changes the posture of the farm produce A released from the release means 5 to an inverted posture.
