PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the prior art by specifying a solvent having excellent compatibility with a graphene oxide to secure dispersibility of the graphene oxide in using the graphene oxide, which has excellent insulating characteristics and mechanical properties, as an insulating material.SOLUTION: This invention relates to: an insulating layer composition; a printed circuit board including an insulating layer pattern formed of the insulating layer composition. Moreover an insulating layer pattern is formed by an inkjet printing method using an insulating layer composition including a stably dispersed graphene oxide. The insulating layer composition includes: a graphene oxide and an insulating material including the same; and a polar solvent having a solvent polarity index of 5.5 or larger.
