<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating plate-out resistance which can discriminate the plate-out resistance of a resin composition used, when extrusion molding the resin composition using a mold, in a short time, and to provide a method for extrusion molding.SOLUTION: In a method for evaluating plate-out resistance, plate-out resistance of a resin composition which is extrusion molded using a mold is evaluated. In the extrusion molding method, a resin composition is extrusion molded using a mold. In the evaluation method for palate-out resistance and extrusion molding method, as the mold, a metal mold comprises, inside a flow path through which the resin composition flows, a level difference section where the level difference is 0.5 mm or more and 10 mm or less so that a flow path diameter enlarges. The evaluation method for plate-out resistance evaluates a condition of a plated out material at the level difference section by extrusion molding the resin composition using the mold.</p> |
