The invention relates to a dosed liquid removal from waste disposal plant with activated sludge, settling tanks, aerotanks etc. A method provides regulable draining the liquid in the zone of extreme low level using air/valve dispenser due to an air bubble valve dynamically formed under a diaphragm of the air bubble valve and surface tension at the liquid-air bubble border. A velocity of liquid draining from the tank is changed by regulating an air supply to a zone wherein the air bubble valve is formed. The air-valve dispenser comprises a tank of a J-shaped pipeline for draining the liquid. A longer part of said J-shaped pipeline is connected with the outlet pipe, the inlet of the shorter part of the J-shaped pipeline is located below the bottom of the outlet pipe, an air supply nozzle is located in the shorter part above an edge of a pipeline lower bend. The invention provides for regulable draining the liquid, reduces power consumption, controls the liquid level in the system with an abrupt drop of the amount of the supplied water due to dynamically forming of a locking air bubbles in the drainage system. |
