The invention relates to a special cutting-pulling roll meant to cut energy willow and to feed a device for mincing the stalks of energy willow directly from the plantation, said roll may be mounted in pairs on any equipment meant to harvest this variety of energy plant. The cutting-pulling roll, in-pair mounted on a cutting equipment (), is an assembled construction which, according to the invention, consists of a cutting disk (), a driving axle (), having also the role of one-way coupling, a bearing support (), a belt pulley (), a drum () of the pulling roll with cams, a chain wheel (), a roller arm () with a bushing () having the role of sliding bearing which allows the roll oscillation by an angle α about some axles () and some ball bearings (), where, during operation, simultaneously with the machine advancing, the disk () cuts the energy willow stalks in the plantation, it being driven from a driving group of the cutting equipment (), whereon such cutting-pulling rolls are mounted, by means of a set of angular belts, non-represented, mounted on the belt pulley (), fixed on an axle (), at a speed n1, and the stalks cut by the disk, are driven by the drums () of the two in-pair rolls pulling towards the charging hole of a chopper, with a speed n2, different from n1, the rolls having the possibility to move away from or come closer to one another, depending on the thickness of the material layer cut, eliminating the possibility of clogging, by the oscillation of each of them, by an angle α, about an axle (), mounted on the equipment ().
