The present invention relates to a desulfurization device comprising a reactor and a double strainer. A desulfurizing agent is filled inside the reactor. A biogas inlet is formed on the lower part of the reactor. A processing gas outlet is formed on the upper part of the reactor. The double strainer is connected to the lower part of the reactor and equally distributes biogas to the desulfurizing agent. The double strainer comprises a lower strainer and an upper strainer. The lower strainer comprises multiple lower slits which move the biogas to the upper part on a plate side. The upper strainer comprises multiple upper moving holes which are arranged on the upper part of the lower strainer at constant gaps and are dislocated in an axis direction with the lower slits.
