PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance element in which interphase insulation is ensured, and to provide a noise filter.SOLUTION: An inductance element includes toroidal cores 21-24, a bar-shaped conductor 11, and a bar-shaped conductor 13. The bar-shaped conductors 11, 13 have central parts, and end parts 1103, 1303, 1104, 1304 bending in a direction crossing the longitudinal direction from one end of the central part. The bar-shaped conductor 11, 13 are inserted into the toroidal cores 21-24 up to the central part. Insulation distance between the end parts of the bar-shaped conductors 11, 13 is ensured by an inductance element the end parts 1103, 1303 and 1104, 1304 of which are separated from each other. |
