PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center seal device in a bag-making filling packer capable of applying a seal even to a paper joint part, by easily passing the paper joint part with further increased thickness at an overlapping part of a packing material, by push-opening a clearance between heater bars, in the center seal device of the bag-making filling packer.SOLUTION: After a paper joint part detection sensor 62 detects the paper joint part of a packing film, the shift number counted up with every packing cycle coincides with the preset shift number NSs, so that, according to a packing cycle during which the paper joint part passes through a bar heater part, a control method of a servomotor for opening-closing the bar heater part is switched to a torque control method with a relatively small set torque value. The heater bar for heating the overlapping part of the packing material is push-opened without becoming large travel resistance to the paper joint part. Thus, since the paper joint part passes through the bar heater part without stopping the bag-making filling packer, the seal can also be applied to the paper joint part. |
