PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the rotation of a seal member without the necessity of a pin, and to avoid the application of a load to the seal member to the outside of a radial direction.SOLUTION: A rotation regulation part 132d including an inclined line which gradually becomes short in distance from a center axis of a resin member 132 toward the front of an insertion direction is formed at a portion abutting on an internal wall face of a center hole 132a out of the resin member 132. Furthermore, a rotation regulation part 72d which abuts on the inclined line by the rotation of a rotating shaft 54 and applies a force Fa to a side opposite to the front of the insertion hole with respect to the inclined line is formed at an internal wall face of a center hole 72a of a plug 72. By this, the rotation regulation part 132d can regulate the co-rotation of the seal member 130 by abutting on the plug 72, and the movement of the seal member 130 to an axial direction can be regulated by the force Fa. Then, a force Fb in a radial direction is applied to the inclined line. Therefore, the rigidity of the resin member 132 is not necessary to be high, and the enlargement of the resin member 132 accompanied by the reinforcement of rigidity can be suppressed. |
