PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding type electronic component which can perform fine adjustment of an inductance value.SOLUTION: A winding type electronic component 10A includes: a core 11 having a winding core part 12 and flange parts 14a, 14b provided on both ends of the winding core part 12; winding 18; and external electrodes 16a, 16b. The external electrode 16a is provided over side surfaces S1 to S4 positioned in the direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the winding core part 12, and connected to one end of the winding 18. The external electrode 16b is provided over side surfaces S5 to S8 positioned in the direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the winding core part 12, and connected to the other end of the winding 18. The connection surface S4 on which the one end of the winding 18 and the external electrode 16a are connected and the connection surface S7 on which the other end of the winding 18 and the external electrode 16b are connected are positioned in mutually different directions with respect to the center axis of the winding core part 12 when planarly viewed from the axial direction of the winding core part 12. |
