PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant flow rate control device capable of providing an efficient operation of a cooling device by improving heat exchanging performance of an evaporator while preventing liquid-phase return (liquid back phenomenon) of a refrigerant to a compressor.SOLUTION: A cooling device 100 (refrigerant flow rate control device) includes: an electronic expansion valve 30 for controlling an amount of a refrigerant flowing into an evaporator 40 according to an opening; an internal heat exchanger 50 for exchanging heat between a high pressure-side refrigerant and a low pressure-side refrigerant; a refrigerant temperature sensor 81 for detecting a refrigerant temperature T1 near an inlet portion 42a of the evaporator 40; a refrigerant temperature sensor 82 for detecting a refrigerant temperature T2 near an outlet portion 42b of the evaporator; a refrigerant temperature sensor 83 disposed at a downstream side with respect to the refrigerant temperature sensor 82 and detecting a temperature T3 of a low pressure-side refrigerant circulated between the outlet portion 42b of the evaporator 40 and an outlet portion 50b of the internal heat exchanger 50; and a control portion 70 controlling the opening of the electronic expansion valve 30 on the basis of the refrigerant temperatures T1, T2 and T3. |
