The invention relates to a double locking device for manhole doors in agricultural machines with rotary active components, in particular those for processing agricultural products. According to the invention, the device comprises a hub () provided with a special cover () fixed with threaded assembling elements, wherein a central shaft () slides, the said shaft being provided with guiding fins () matching the guides within the hub () on which a handle () is integrally mounted in order to allow the central shaft () to slide to the left, in the retracted position, while providing the compression of a compression spring (), the counterclockwise rotation and locking in this position as long as it is required for opening the door to be locked, followed by the rotation of the central shaft () by 90°, the opening of the compression spring () and the return thereof into the extended position, the door being locked in this position.
