PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device that does not cause damage on a circuit board and a connector part and does not cause displacement from the board even if a power receiving part moves to a housing in a direction of thickness of a power receiving terminal in accordance with the movement of a battery pack with respect to the circuit substrate due to an impact such as a fall.SOLUTION: A portable terminal device 10 has: a power receiving part 16 held by a housing 11 and including a plurality of terminal boards 44; a power supply part 18 provided in a battery pack 14 and connected to the power receiving part 16; and a connector part 23 provided on a circuit board 13 and connected to the power receiving part 16 via a flexible circuit board 21 which includes a bended part 51 bendable along a direction in which the terminal boards 44 are disposed.
