<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of paying attention by a driver for maintaining recommended air pressure.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire comprises an annular air flow passage 15 and a valve assembly 17. The valve assembly 17 comprises a first valve 22 for taking a first position for enabling air to enter the air flow passage through an air inlet in the first direction and a second position for enabling the air to enter the air flow passage through the air inlet in the second direction, and a second valve 32 inserted in parallel to the first valve into an air flow of the air flow passage. When the first valve exists in the first position, the second valve exists in a third position for enabling the air flowing in the first flow direction in the air flow passage to flow out of the air flow passage through an air outlet, and when the first valve exists in the second position, the second valve exists in a fourth position for enabling the air flowing in the second flow direction in the air flow passage to flow out of the air flow passage through the air outlet.</p> |
