Disclosed are a coolant supplying and collecting apparatus and a motor including the same. The coolant supplying and collecting apparatus is inserted along the inner diameter of a rotation shaft of the motor. The coolant supplying and collecting apparatus includes a first body part which includes a through hole on one side thereof and is formed with a hollow cylindrical shape; a second body part which is inserted and fixed into the first body part, provides a fluid moving path along the inner diameter thereof, and is formed with the hollow cylindrical shape; and a channel part which is formed between the inner circumference of the first body part and the outer circumference of the second body part and provides a fluid moving path in the direction of the through hole. |
