The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for infant using bracken hot water extract fermented liquor or a natural substance which additionally includes a green tea hot water extract and a Japanese cypress hot water extract in the bracken hot water extract fermented liquor. More specifically, the cosmetic composition which is manufactured by using the bracken hot water extract fermented liquor or a mixture of the bracken hot water extract fermented liquor, the green tea hot water extract, and the Japanese cypress hot water extract has high moisture, antibacterial activity, or plentiful bubble formation, and an antibacterial activity effect. Therefore, the present invention can be used as an environment-friendly cosmetic composition for infant. |
