PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all-solid-state battery formed by consolidating and bonding a positive electrode layer, a negative electrode layer, and an electrolyte layer by pressurization processing, in which there is no possibility of short circuit, internal resistance is low, and excellent battery performance is ensured.SOLUTION: A solid-state battery 1 includes a positive electrode layer 4 containing a positive electrode active material, a negative electrode layer 6 containing a negative electrode active material, and an electrolyte layer 5 provided between the positive electrode and the negative electrode and composed of a solid electrolyte. Each of the positive electrode layer 4, the negative electrode layer 6 and the electrolyte layer 5 is consolidated by pressurization, and then laminated and bonded. When the area of one of the positive electrode layer 4 or negative electrode layer 6 is A, the area of the other is B, and the area of the electrolyte layer 5 is C, and even if A<C≤B, the positive electrode layer 4, each of the negative electrode layer 6 and the electrolyte layer 5 is formed so that the density difference between the central part and the end will be equal to or smaller than an allowable value. |
