CONTROL DATA TRANSMISSION METHOD FOR SYSTEM CONVERSION BETWEEN LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPH APPARATUSES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control data transmission method capable of solving a difficulty of obtaining a similar measurement result between a plurality of different liquid chromatograph apparatuses due to a difference of a liquid feed characteristic of each apparatus affecting a degree of separation of chromatogram or retention time.SOLUTION: A control data transmission method is configured to: obtain a difference of feed characteristics between liquid chromatograph apparatuses; retrieves a liquid feed time table considering the difference, by system conversion; and perform a fluid control by a pump. Thereafter, the liquid feed time table after the system conversion is divided into plural sections to perform approximate calculation, and then an instruction is sent to the pump. Thus, a similar measurement result can be obtained between a plurality of different liquid chromatograph apparatuses through effectively performing system conversion processing regardless of the difference of liquid feed characteristics.
