PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cutter device that minimizes a diagonal slippage of a cutting line generated with the cutting action of a continuous packaging bag, suppresses actual size variations of separated individual packaging bag, prevents the degradation of product quality, and can maintain a stable high productivity.SOLUTION: A rotary cutter device is configured to perform cutting or perforation slit operation to a continuous packaging bag every predetermined number, while being inclined and arranged so that a cutter blade abutting against a rotating rotary cutter blade 22 is brought into a point contact. The rotary cutter device is rotated and controlled: to accelerate toward a predetermined acceleration rotation value, before performing the cutting or the perforation slit operation; to maintain a predetermined acceleration rotation value, when performing the cutting or the perforation slit operation; and to decelerate a predetermined acceleration rotation value upon completion of the cutting or the perforation slit operation. |
