PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper that can be equipped with a height adjustment unit with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: In a motorcycle height adjuster 100 comprised of a pair of dampers 10L and 10R, the damper 10L provided with a motorcycle height adjustment unit 100L comprises: a jack housing 111 of a hydraulic jack 110 provided at an upper end portion of an inner tube 12; a suspension spring 33 provided between an upper end of a hollow pipe 22 and a plunger 113 of the hydraulic jack 110; a pump housing 121 for forming a pump chamber 124 of the hydraulic pump 120, provided in the plunger 113 of the hydraulic jack 110; a switching valve 130 that inserts slidably a pump pipe 123 communicated with an oil reservoir chamber 27 in an inner periphery of the hollow pipe 22 into a pump chamber 124 of the pump housing 121, adjusts the amount of operating oil that the hydraulic pump 120 feed to a jack chamber 112 of the hydraulic jack 110 to adjust motorcycle height. |
