PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently fix a structural object to a limited installation space at the inner side of an instrument panel with high attachment rigidity.SOLUTION: A fixing structure 100 includes: an instrument panel 102; a steering support member 106; a brace 110; a housing member 104; and an L shaped bracket 116. The L shaped bracket 116 includes: a front region 116a which extends in a vehicle width direction and is connected with the vehicle front side of the housing member 104; and a side region 116b which extends from a vehicle width direction end of the front region 116a to the vehicle rear side and is connected with the brace 110. An upper edge part 118 and a lower edge part 120 of the side region 116b contact with the brace 110. An expansion part 122 between the upper edge part 118 and the lower edge part 120 expands toward the brace 110 and makes a surface contact with the brace 110. An upper weld line L1, a lower weld line L2, and a center weld line L3 are respectively provided at the upper edge part 118, the lower edge part 120, and the expansion part 122 and are welded to the brace 110. |
