PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection chip and an inspection system that reduce the possibility of decrease in inspection accuracy.SOLUTION: An angle &thetas;0 at an outer side of a separation part 163 between angles formed between a wall surface 167B of a wall part 167 of the separation part 163 and a wall surface 164A of a second component holding part 164 is 90° or more and less than 180°. An opening end part 168A of a first component holding part 169 is positioned toward the second component holding part from an opening end part 167A in a direction parallel to the wall surface 164A of the second component holding part 164. Consequently, when a second component is taken out from the second component holding part 164 with centrifugal force, the second component is prevented from entering the first component holding part 169. |
