<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control power consumption of an apparatus according to an operating state of the apparatus.SOLUTION: A power control server monitors power consumption of a building which is consumed by pieces of apparatus equipped with communication terminals of which position information is managed. The server comprises: apparatus search means which searches for the apparatus existing in the building; and power consumption control means which, when the power consumption exceeds a predetermined threshold, controls power consumption of the apparatus obtained by the apparatus search means according to an operating state of the apparatus.</p> |
