<p>The present invention relates to a ferritic stainless steel sheet with a superior anti-ridging property and a method of manufacturing the same, capable of improving the ridging property by adjusting a reheating temperature, a reduction ratio of hot rough rolling, and inter pass time after the hot rough rolling has been performed. According to the method of manufacturing a ferritic stainless steel sheet with a superior anti-ridging property, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a slab containing 0.0005-0.01 wt% of C, 0.005-0.015 wt% of N, 0.01-0.20 wt% of Si, 0.01-0.20 wt% of Mn, 0.001-0.03 wt% of P, 0.0001-0.005 wt% of S, 15.0-17.0 wt% of Cr, 0.01-0.20 wt% of Ni, 0.001-0.10 wt% of Al, 0.10-0.30 wt% of Ti, 0.01-0.10 wt% of Nb, and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities is prepared. The reheating and the hot rough rolling are performed on the slab to produce a bar. The reheating temperature (RHT) is in the range of 1050-1200°C. The sum of reduction ratio of R3 and R4 is 60% or more when the hot rough rolling is performed by using rolling mills R1 to R4. The inter pass time (IPT) after rough rolling has been performed by using the rolling mill R4 satisfies the following equation, 5000/(RHT-1000)<IPT (seconds)<120.</p> |
