PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for a distribution server to recognize setting incorrectness when wireless LAN setting in a terminal to be set is not performed correctly because of an error in wireless LAN setting information distributed by the distribution server.SOLUTION: A setting information management unit 302 stores wireless LAN setting information including an SSID and a cipher key for each wireless AP information. A Web page storage unit 303 stores a Web page including a Web program for wireless LAN connection confirmation. A control unit 304 comprises: a wireless LAN setting request detection unit 304a for detecting a wireless LAN setting request transmitted from a wireless terminal MN; a response unit 304b for responding to the wireless LAN setting request with wireless LAN setting information and the Web page; and a correctness determination unit 304c for determining correctness of the wireless LAN setting information used for the response, on the basis of a confirmation result transmitted according to the Web program executed on a Web page in the wireless terminal MN.
