PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress adsorption of moisture, nitrogen or the like, to achieve uniformity of concentration, high quantitative property, high diffusibility, and to enable lithium to be pre-doped at high speed, even when a vacuum-system device is used in a process of pre-doing lithium to negative electrode active materials.SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a negative electrode used in a power storage device containing a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an electrolyte, on a surface of a current collector of the negative electrode, a carbon-group active material layer which can occlude and discharge lithium ions containing at least one selected from a graphite as a carbon material, a hard-graphitization carbon, and an easy-graphitization carbon or a mixture thereof is formed, subsequently, lithium is applied to the surface of the carbon-group active material layer by a continuous vacuum evaporation process. |
