PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind turbine and a wind turbine generator capable of controlling rotation of the wind turbine.SOLUTION: A wind turbine includes a first wind turbine 18 where first blades 14 are disposed around a vertical rotation shaft R, top plates 12 and bottom plates 15 across the top and bottom ends of the first blades 14, a second blade 24 disposed above the top plates 12 to rotate independently from the first wind turbine 18, and a guide part that rotates along with the second blade 24 and is provided in the radial direction of the rotation shaft R for guiding a weight 70 that moves in the direction away from the rotation shaft R by centrifugal force caused by rotation of the second blade 24. When the weight 70 moves in the direction away from the center A of the rotation shaft inside a passage body 32, due to pressing force from the upper side of inner wall of the passage body 32 onto the weight 70, a braking part is pressed down against the pressing force of an elastic body (for instance, coil spring 40) linked with bottom face of the passage body 32 while increasing pressure that presses down the top plates 12, thereby increasing breaking force on rotation of the first wind turbine 18. |
